Refund Policy

This Refund Policy sets out your rights when purchasing products or services from UNBOUND, operated by Maktuno Suit. We want you to be confident buying from us. If something is not right, we will do our best to put it right.

Digital products

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days of buying, provided you have not yet downloaded or accessed the content. Once you access or download a digital product, the right to cancel is waived - you will have been asked to confirm this at the point of purchase.

If you have purchased a digital product and have not yet accessed it, contact us within 14 days at hello@getunbound.co.uk and we will issue a full refund. We aim to process refunds within five working days.

Physical products

If you purchase a physical copy of the UNBOUND book and it arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or full refund. You do not need to return a damaged item unless we ask you to.

If you wish to return a physical product that is not damaged or faulty, you may do so within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition. Return postage is at your cost unless the item was faulty.

One-to-one sessions

If you have paid for a session in advance and need to cancel, we require at least 48 hours' notice to issue a full refund or transfer the payment to a rescheduled session. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged at the full session rate.

If a session is cancelled by us, we will offer you a full refund or a rescheduled session at your preference.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@getunbound.co.uk with your name, the product or service purchased, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request. We will respond within two working days and aim to resolve all refund requests within five working days.
